Estrategias administrativas implementadas por la dirección en relación con factores asociados al clima organizacional del Colegio Técnico Profesional de Pejibaye y Liceo de Tarrazú.

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como propósito principal el análisis de las estrategias administrativas implementadas por la dirección en relación con los factores resolución de conflictos, motivación y la promoción de valores, asociados al clima organizacional del Colegio Técnico Profesional de Pejibaye y Liceo de Tarrazú. Para profundizar en cada uno de los factores mencionados, se definen los siguientes objetivos específicos: identificar las acciones administrativas que lleva a cabo la dirección para la resolución de conflictos en el personal docente y administrativo; describir las estrategias administrativas que utiliza la dirección para motivar al personal docente y administrativo; establecer las acciones administrativas implementadas por la dirección para promover valores entre el personal docente y administrativo.

La investigación, de corte cualitativo-descriptivo, se orienta por las tres variables de resolución de conflictos, motivación y promoción de valores, las cuales se determinaron por medio de un cuestionario que se aplicó a una muestra de setenta y siete sujetos, entre los que se cuenta el personal docente y administrativo, conjuntamente con el administrador de la educación del centro educativo.

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the administrative strategies implemented by the management in relation to the factors conflict resolution, motivation and the promotion of values, associated with the organizational climate of the Pejibaye Professional Technical School and Tarrazú High School. The following specific objectives were defined in order to go deeper into each of the factors mentioned: to identify the administrative actions carried out by the management for conflict resolution among the teaching and administrative staff; to describe the administrative strategies used by the management to motivate the teaching and administrative staff; to establish the administrative actions implemented by the management to promote values among the teaching and administrative staff.

The research, of a qualitative-descriptive nature, is guided by the three variables of conflict resolution, motivation and promotion of values, which were determined by means of a questionnaire applied to a sample of seventy-seven subjects, including the teaching and administrative staff, together with the education administrator of the educational center.
