dc.description.abstractLa mora (Rubus glaucus), también conocida como “mora de castilla con espinas”, es diferenciada por sus características morfológicas, principalmente por ser una planta arbustiva y presentar espinas en sus tallos. Es originaria de las zonas tropicales en Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá, Guatemala, Honduras, México y El Salvador. El principal uso de la mora (Rubus glaucus) en Costa Rica se da en dos sectores: sector industrial en vinos, jaleas, néctares, pulpas, jugos, mermeladas, refrescos y colorantes; y sector culinario en mora en fresca, para decorar platos o en refrescos y batidos. En Costa Rica, existen diferentes productores de mora ubicados en Pérez Zeledón y zonas aledañas, con un total de 1393 hectáreas de mora. SpoMora se ubica en San José de la Montaña en San Carlos, pues la ubicación geográfica favorece a la producción de mora (Rubus glacus) y. tomando en consideración de que no hay ninguna otra producción de consideración en la Región Norte, se convierte en una oportunidad de negocio para el comercializador de mora, principalmente de mora fresca y procesada en Ciudad Quesada. Objetivo General: Determinar la viabilidad económica-financiera para la comercialización de la fruta de mora (Rubus glaucus), para la empresa SpoMora, con el fin de impulsar su comercialización como fruta fresca y procesada en el distrito de Ciudad Quesada del cantón de San Carlos. Objetivos Específicos: 1. Realizar un estudio de mercado identificando la demanda de (Rubus glaucus) como fruta fresca y procesada entre los establecimientos comerciales alimenticios en la zona de Ciudad Quesada. 2. Confeccionar un estudio técnico para tener conocimiento de los costos e inversión en cuanto a infraestructura, mano de obra, equipo y recursos materiales para la puesta en marcha del proyecto de la comercialización de mora (Rubus glaucus) fresca y procesada. 3. Hacer un estudio organizacional para que el proyecto tenga una estructura organizativa que facilite la gestión operativa del negocio. 4. Identificar los aspectos legales requeridos para la comercialización (Rubus glaucus). 5. Elaborar un estudio financiero donde se descubra el rendimiento y viabilidad de la comercialización de (Rubus glaucus).es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe blackberry (Rubus glaucus), also known as "blackberry of castile with thorns", is differentiated by its morphological characteristics, mainly because it is a shrubby plant and has thorns on its stems. It is native to tropical areas in Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and El Salvador. The fruit is used in the culinary, industrial, as well as medicinal sector for its natural oils is attributed to the prevention of some diseases such as the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. The main use of blackberry (Rubus glaucus) in Costa Rica occurs in two sectors: industrial sector in wines, jellies, nectars, pulps, juices, jams, soft drinks and dyes; and culinary sector in fresh blackberry, to decorate dishes or in soft drinks and smoothies. In Costa Rica, there are different blackberry producers located in Pérez Zeledón and surrounding areas, with a total of 1393 hectares of blackberry. SpoMora will be located in San José de la Montaña in San Carlos, as the geographical location favors the production of blackberry (Rubus glacus). In addition, it becomes a business opportunity because there is no other production under consideration in the Northern Region, the cultivation of blackberry in Costa Rica is mainly concentrated in Cantons such as Pérez Zeledón, El Guarco and Cartago. As for its methodology, the type of research is exploratory since no feasibility study was found carried out in Cuidad Quesada, as well as it is descriptive, correlational and explanatory. Also, a questionnaire was applied and a survey was made to the suppliers to know different characteristics of the products to the supermarkets, restaurants, sodas and ice cream parlors of Cuidad Quesada, the sample is 106 businesses The market study determined that the product has a great acceptance. On the other hand, according to legal and environmental regulations this project has no impediment to its implementation and the financial study determines that the project generates profitability. General Objective: To determine the economic-financial viability for the commercialization of blackberry fruit (Rubus glaucus), for the company SpoMora, in order to promote its commercialization as fresh and processed fruit in the district of Ciudad Quesada of the canton of San Carlos. Specific Objectives: 1. Conduct a market study identifying the demand for (Rubus glaucus) as fresh and processed fruit among commercial food establishments in the Ciudad Quesada area. 2. Prepare a technical study to have knowledge of the costs and investment in terms of infrastructure, labor, equipment and material resources for the implementation of the project of the commercialization of fresh and processed blackberry (Rubus glaucus). 3. Identify the legal aspects required for commercialization (Rubus glaucus) 4. Make an organizational study so that the project has an organizational structure that facilitates the operational management of the business. 5. Prepare a financial study where the performance and viability of the commercialization of (Rubus glaucus) is discovered.es_ES
