Sistema integral para el control de información Hogar Betania (SICOBE)

Abstract

El Trabajo Final de Graduación denominado "Sistema Integral para el Control de Información Hogar Betania (SICOBE)" consiste en el desarrollo e implementación de una aplicación capaz de gestionar de manera eficiente la información manejada en el Hogar Betania, institución de bien social dedicada a la atención de ancianos enfermos en fase terminal y única en su tipo a nivel nacional. La administración de los datos asociados al paciente mediante esta nueva herramienta, viene a aumentar la calidad de la atención de los mismos, contribuyendo en la disminución el tiempo de repuesta y control, además de brindar una mejor organización de la información. Este Trabajo va más allá de la entrega de un simple software programado con herramientas gratuitas Y de código abierto; constituye la entrega de un proyecto integral, que toma en cuenta brindar la capacitación a los usuarios en el uso básico de una computadora y otras aplicaciones (Windows, Word) que faciliten su trabajo y la compresión de la nueva solución. Sin dejar de lado que incluye el dotar de nuevo equipo de cómputo junto con la interconexión entre los mismos (red interna). Con esto se desarrolla una aplicación completa que integra software, hardware, acervo y talento humano en esta Institución, lo que nos hace participes del gran trabajo de bien social que lleva a cabo el Hogar Betania con la atención de la población senil de la región.

The Final Graduation Project called "Integral System for the Control of Hogar Betania Information (SICOBE)" consists of the development and implementation of an application capable of efficiently managing the information handled at Hogar Betania, a social welfare institution dedicated to the care for the terminally ill elderly and the only one of its kind nationwide. The administration of the data associated with the patient through this new tool increases the quality of patient care, contributing to the reduction of response and control time, as well as providing a better organization of the information. This Work goes beyond the delivery of simple software programmed with free AND open source tools; It constitutes the delivery of a comprehensive project, which takes into account providing training to users in the basic use of a computer and other applications (Windows, Word) that facilitate their work and understanding of the new solution. Without neglecting that it includes providing new computer equipment together with the interconnection between them (internal network). With this, a complete application is developed that integrates software, hardware, heritage and human talent in this Institution, which makes us participate in the great work of social good that Hogar Betania carries out with the attention of the senile population of the region.
