El proceso del registro de la cooperación internacional no reembolsable en la Dirección de Cooperación Internacional del Ministerio de Ambiente y Energía (MINAE)

Abstract

A través de la presente Práctica Profesional Dirigida, se buscó fortalecer la Dirección de Cooperación Internacional del Ministerio de Ambiente y Energía (MINAE), en el proceso de registro de los proyectos de cooperación internacional no reembolsable, que lleva a cabo. En el entendido de que los resultados promuevan acciones tendientes a mejorar los procedimiento internos en esta materia y que se puedan generar herramientas que permitan potencializar la gestión de la cooperación, como apoyo a la labor que realiza el MINAE para el cumplimiento de su propósito institucional. Por otro lado aportó líneas de investigación a la Escuela de Relaciones Internacionales, ya que los resultados posibilitan desarrollar acciones estratégicas que combinen aspectos relacionados con la cooperación internacional y la gestión de la administración pública en esta materia, con el fin de poder orientar la toma de decisiones.
