Sobre el marxismo latinoamericano, En recuerdo de José Carlos Mariátegui (1895-1930)

Abstract

La asunción, con algunas reservas de nuestra parte, de lo que podría ser considerado como la exteriorización de un hecho social, de una naturaleza bastante singular: a saber, la pretendida existencia de un marxismo latinoamericano y la necesidad de identificar cuáles podrían ser algunos dejos elementos que lo caracterizan, nos ha llevado a formular algunas apreciaciones sobre los aportes que José Carlos Mariátegui (1895-1930) diera, a principios de siglo, para que pudiera ponerse de manifiesto la existencia de un pensamiento social, que asumiendo implícitamente las determinaciones geográficas y las particularidades socioculturales existentes en cada país de la región latinoamericana, tuviese como su referente teórico más importante al marxismo clásico y asimismo, pusiera de manifiesto la influencia de otras corrientes sobre esta particularizada versión del pensamiento marxista, a la que algunos han dado el nombre de "marxismo latinoamericano"

The assumption, with some reservations on our part, of which could be considered as the externalization of a social fact, of a quite singular nature: namely, the alleged existence of a Latin American Marxism and the need to identify what could be some of the elements that characterize it, has led us to formulate some appraisals on the contributions that José Carlos Mariátegui (1895-1930) gave, at the beginning of the century, so that the existence of a social thought could be revealed, which assuming implicitly the geographical determinations and socio-cultural particularities existing in each country of the Latin American region, had as its most important theoretical reference classical Marxism and also to show the influence of other currents on this particular version of Marxist thought, which some have called "Latin American Marxism
