Abstract

Expone la riquesa documental que contiene el Archivo de la Curia Metropolitana, en relación a temas que tengan que ver con matrimonio, familia y los hechos que en torno a estas instituciones se suscriben. Presenta tres expedientes de solicitud de divorcio, demandas que revelan aspectos de la vida al interior del hogar costarricense, como: maltrato físico, maltrato psicológico, vicios, adulterio y otros.

It presents three files of request for divorce, lawsuits that reveal aspects of life within the Costa Rican home, such as: physical abuse, psychological abuse, vices, adultery and others.
