Diseño e implantación del sistema de automatización del control de calidad, COOPESA R.L.: Quality Assurance

Abstract

Como primera parte de este documento se presenta la investigación referencial, en donde se describen los antecedentes, justificación, objetivos, metodología, importancia y beneficios del desarrollo, datos que se convierten en el pilar de todo el proyecto. En la segunda parte, se presenta el desarrollo del análisis del sistema actual, el cual se realizaba en forma manual, con la ayuda de archivos de Microsoft Word y Excel. El resultado más importante de este etapa, fue la identificación de los problemas, necesidades y requerimientos del sistema actual. Una buena identificación de los requerimientos, significó la base para el diseño de una solución automatizada de éstos, en un sistema totalmente gráfico, tipo Windows, el cual permite que el sistema se amigable y fácil de usar. Además se muestra el diseño de los procesos, entradas y salidas del sistema. Este diseño se describe en el tercer capítulo. Como parte del diseño se detalla la descripción del modelo de la base de datos en donde se almacenarán los datos, así como las bases de datos de otras aplicaciones, que acceda el nuevo sistema.

As the first part of this document, the referential research is presented, where the background, justification, objectives, methodology, importance and benefits of development are described, data that become the pillar of the entire project. In the second part, the development of the analysis of the current system is presented, which was carried out manually, with the help of Microsoft Word and Excel files. The most important result of this stage was the identification of the problems, needs and requirements of the current system. A good identification of the requirements, meant the basis for the design of an automated solution of these, in a totally graphical system, Windows type, which allows the system to be friendly and easy to use. In addition, the design of the processes, inputs and outputs of the system is shown. This design is described in the third chapter. As part of the design, the description of the database model where the data will be stored, as well as the databases of other applications, accessed by the new system, is detailed.
