Efecto del entorno institucional y social en el comportamiento de niños de 4-6 años que son atendidos en el Centro Infantil Cinai, ubicado en el distrito de San Isidro de el General, Pérez Zeledón, 2009.

Abstract

Esta tesis es de enfoque cuantitativo el cual tiene como propósito conocer el efecto del entorno institucional y social en el comportamiento de niños de 4 a 6 años que son atendidos en el Centro Infantil CINAI. La investigación responde a un estudio de tipo descriptivo. La literatura consultada demuestra que el efecto del entorno institucional y social es el resultado de manifestaciones que presentan los niños en su desarrollo y aprendizaje. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron tres instrumentos los cuales fueron aplicados a cuatro docentes (24 itemes), doce padres de familia (14 itemes), y a una directora (12 itemes). Se logra determinar que las disposiciones curriculares que poseen son claras para los padres de familia y consecutivamente para los funcionarios que son los encargados del aprendizaje de los niños. Un alto porcentaje de la población entrevistada del CEN- CINAI manifiesta la necesidad de mayor comunicación que tienen los padres de familia con la institución; donde por lo general éstos dejan a sus niños en la institución todo el día y cuesta que se acerquen a alguna reunión que señalen los docentes y solamente llegan en las tardes a recoger a sus niños. Será primordial que esta organización construya nuevas instalaciones para este Centro Infantil; ya que actualmente se ubica en las antiguas instalaciones del hospital viejo y la población que se atiende son niños; por ende estos necesitan mejores espacios para su adecuada recreación y a la vez para favorecer en su aprendizaje y desarrollo.

This thesis has a quantitative approach whose purpose is to know the effect of the institutional and social environment on the behavior of children from 4 to 6 years old who are cared for at the CINAI Children's Center. The research is a descriptive study. The literature consulted shows that the effect of the institutional and social environment is the result of manifestations that children present in their development and learning. For the development of the research, three instruments were used, which were applied to four teachers (24 items), twelve parents (14 items), and one director (12 items). It was determined that the curricular provisions are clear to the parents and consequently to the employees who are in charge of the children's learning. A high percentage of the population interviewed at CEN-CINAI expressed the need for greater communication between the parents and the institution; in general, parents leave their children at the institution all day long and it is difficult for them to come to any meeting scheduled by the teachers and they only arrive in the afternoons to pick up their children. It will be essential that this organization build new facilities for this Children's Center; since it is currently located in the old facilities of the old hospital and the population served are children; therefore they need better spaces for proper recreation and at the same time to promote their learning and development.
