Análisis de la Gestión Estratégica del Centro de Atención Integral Conejito Saltarín, en la comunidad de León XIII, durante el período 2020-2021.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla en el Centro de Atención Integral Conejito Saltarín, ubicado en la comunidad de León XIII, Tibás. Dicho estudio se plantea como tema central efectuar un análisis de la Gestión Estratégica del Centro de Atención Integral Conejito Saltarín, durante el período 2020-2021. De tal modo, el tema central de este trabajo consiste en brindar una propuesta de fortalecimiento estratégico en su gestión, al considerar aspectos comunales, poblacionales, geográficos, financieros, educativos, entre otros, que se irán esclareciendo a lo largo de las páginas que conforman este documento. El estudio contiene una caracterización con los datos más recientes al momento de la elaboración del Trabajo Final de Graduación (en delante TFG). La información recopilada fue obtenida mediante documentos oficiales, vía web y mediante diferentes herramientas tecnológicas debido a la pandemia por el COVID-19 (formularios de Google, chat de WhatsApp, sesiones virtuales, entre otros). A partir de dichas encuestas, se conoció la disconformidad con diferentes temas lo cual dio origen a la propuesta del plan estratégico, ya que se tomaron en cuenta tanto a personas directas que trabajan en el Centro de Atención Integral (CAI), como a los padres, madres o encargados de familia que llevan a sus hijos al mencionado centro. En síntesis, tanto el trabajo investigativo como la elaboración del Plan Estratégico van dirigido a colaborar en términos de Gestión Estratégica, mediante diferentes áreas por trabajar, ello con el fin de un fortalecimiento estratégico en la función del centro, en pro de su mejoramiento y funcionamiento. Dentro de los resultados más importantes se encontró que existentes limitaciones en temas de la Gestión Estratégica, comunicación interna de las diferentes áreas, así como la falta de canales de información que muestren de forma integral sobre el CAI. Esta investigación se centra en un análisis del CAI y de la comunidad de León XIII, Tibás, que son los beneficiarios directos del centro. Tomando en cuenta un análisis FODA, encuestas de apreciación dirigidas a los padres de familia y los profesionales del CAI. Asimismo, se concluye en una propuesta de un plan estratégico, con el fin de un mejoramiento en el área de gestión estratégica por parte de los encargados del CAI para optimizar las acciones en el corto, mediano y largo plazo según corresponda y se mantenga en constante evaluación para efectuarle mejoras que se vayan presentando durante la vida útil de este. Finalmente, para alcanzar su adecuada implementación, se debe garantizar un compromiso absoluto de parte de todas las personas que integran el CAI sin excepciones.

This research work is carried out at the Conejito Saltarín Comprehensive Care Center, located in the community of León XIII, Tibás. The central theme of this study is to carry out an analysis of the Strategic Management of the Conejito Saltarín Comprehensive Care Center, during the 2020-2021 period. The information collected was obtained through official documents, via the web and through different technological tools due to the COVID-19 pandemic (Google forms, WhatsApp chat, virtual sessions, among others). From these surveys, the disagreement with different issues was known, which gave rise to the proposal of the strategic plan, since both direct people who work in the Comprehensive Care Center (CAI) and parents were taken into account. , mothers or heads of families who take their children to the aforementioned center. In summary, both the investigative work and the development of the Strategic Plan are aimed at collaborating in terms of Strategic Management, through different areas to work on, in order to strategically strengthen the function of the center, in favor of its improvement and operation. . Among the results more important it was found that there are limitations in matters of Strategic Management, internal communication of the different areas, as well as the lack of information channels that show in an integral way about the CAI. This research focuses on an analysis of the CAI and the community of León XIII, Tibás, who are the direct beneficiaries of the center. Taking into account a SWOT analysis, appreciation surveys addressed to parents and CAI professionals. Likewise, it concludes in a proposal for a strategic plan, in order to improve the area of ​​strategic management by those in charge of the CAI to optimize actions in the short, medium and long term as appropriate and remain constant. evaluation to make improvements that are presented during its useful life.
