Sistema de información basado en tecnología Web de carácter administrativo e informativo para la gestión de otorgamiento de beneficios en pos del mejoramiento académico y profesional de los funcionarios de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica

Abstract

El presente trabajo ha sido elaborado como informe final del proyecto de graduación para optar por el grado de Licenciatura en Informática con énfasis en Sistemas Web, en la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, Escuela de Informática de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. El proyecto permitirá diseñar, desarrollar e implantar un sistema de información basado en tecnología Web para la oficina de Junta de Becas de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, que permita realizar la gestión de otorgamiento de beneficios, en pos del mejoramiento académico y profesional de los funcionarios de dicha institución. El desarrollo del proyecto está compuesto de siete capítulos, divididos de la siguiente forma: Capítulo I: Se hace referencia a los antecedentes, justificación del proyecto, la importancia del sistema, beneficios del sistema y los objetivos por alcanzar en el desarrollo del proyecto. Capítulo II: Se describe la Junta de Becas, la metodología a utilizar y las variables ligadas al proyecto. Capítulo III: Se muestran los resultados derivados del estudio de factibilidad y el análisis de riesgos del proyecto en desarrollo. Capitulo IV: Consiste en la explicación de la metodología seleccionada para el desarrollo del sistema, donde están descritos los principales resultados del trabajo de los programadores para cumplir cada uno de los objetivos propuestos. Capítulo V: Se realiza un análisis retrospectivo del proyecto para la medición de resultados y el cumplimiento de objetivos. Capítulo VI: Se hacen las conclusiones y recomendaciones del desarrollo del proyecto. Capítulo VII: Se adjunta la bibliografía utilizada en el desarrollo del documento, el glosario de términos y los anexos de formularios, y papelería de la Junta de Becas

This work has been prepared as a final report of the graduation project to opt for the Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on Web Systems, at the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, School of Computer Science of the National University of Costa Rica. The project will allow the design, development and implementation of an information system based on Web technology for the office of the Board of Scholarships of the National University of Costa Rica, which will allow the granting of benefits to be carried out, in pursuit of the academic and professional improvement of students. officials of said institution. The development of the project is composed of seven chapters, divided as follows: Chapter I: Reference is made to the background, justification of the project, the importance of the system, benefits of the system and the objectives to be achieved in the development of the project. Chapter II: The Scholarship Board, the methodology to be used and the variables linked to the project are described. Chapter III: The results derived from the feasibility study and the risk analysis of the project in development are shown. Chapter IV: It consists of the explanation of the methodology selected for the development of the system, where the main results of the work of the programmers are described to fulfill each one of the proposed objectives. Chapter V: A retrospective analysis of the project is carried out for the measurement of results and the fulfillment of objectives. Chapter VI: The conclusions and recommendations of the development of the project are made. Chapter VII: The bibliography used in the development of the document, the glossary of terms and the annexes of forms, and stationery of the Scholarship Board are attached.
