Abstract

El presente documento se realiza el análisis y metodología de desarrollo del sistema para la gestión de recursos audiovisuales, servicios de mantenimiento, control administrativo, recopilación y publicación de investigaciones académicas para la Biblioteca de la Universidad Nacional, Sede Regional Brunca, Campus Pérez Zeledón. Este sistema se pensó como solución para los principales tramites presentes en el área de audiovisuales de la universidad ya que actualmente generar todo manualmente, lo que posibilita la generación de errores por parte de la administración del departamento. Además, se busca que se brinde beneficio al Observatorio institucional, dado a la importancia como ente en pro de la distribución de material académico que permita a instituciones regionales tener herramientas para mejorar sus conocimientos en diferentes temas mediante los trabajos y tesis que realizan los académicos y funcionarios de la UNA. En el primer capítulo se describe una breve introducción mediante una descripción, justificación, antecedentes, factibilidad y objetivos del proyecto. El segundo capítulo refiere al marco teórico y la importancia de identificar los diferentes aspectos que rodean a la institución donde se elabora el proyecto, además de términos propios del sistema y el entorno para que le permita al lector tener un mayor conocimiento del mismo. Finalmente se concluye el capítulo donde se describe sobre la metodología de desarrolla que se utiliza en el presente proyecto. En el tercer capítulo se expone los aspectos técnicos del sistema: base de datos, variables, diccionario de datos, requerimientos, casos de uso, etc. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones del proyecto, donde se responde la pregunta del objetivo generar y específicos. Las recomendaciones sobre la opinión de cómo se puede mejorar dicho desarrollo.

This document is the analysis and development methodology of the system for the management of audiovisual resources, maintenance services, administrative control, collection and publication of academic research for the Library of the National University, Regional Headquarters Brunca, Campus Perez Zeledon. This system was designed as a solution for the main procedures present in the audiovisual area of the university, since currently everything is generated manually, which makes possible the generation of errors by the administration of the department. In addition, it seeks to benefit the institutional Observatory, given its importance as an entity in favor of the distribution of academic material that allows regional institutions to have tools to improve their knowledge on different topics through the work and theses carried out by academics and officials of the UNA. The first chapter describes a brief introduction with a description, justification, background, feasibility and objectives of the project. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework and the importance of identifying the different aspects that surround the institution where the project is being developed, as well as terms specific to the system and the environment to allow the reader to have a better understanding of it. Finally, the chapter concludes with a description of the development methodology used in this project. In the third chapter, the technical aspects of the system are presented: database, variables, data dictionary, requirements, use cases, etc. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the project are presented, where the question of the generating and specific objectives are answered. The recommendations on the opinion of how the development can be improved.
