Análisis de los mecanismos de control interno en las funciones administrativas de la Oficina de Secretaría del Liceo Ambientalista de Horquetas de Sarapiquí, en tiempo de pandemia producida por el virus SARS-COV-2, período 2019-2021.

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito analizar los mecanismos de control interno en las funciones administrativas de la Oficina de Secretaría del Liceo Ambientalista de Horquetas, en tiempo de pandemia producida por el virus SARS-COV-2, período 2019-2021. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque mixto (cuantitativa y cualitativa), permitiendo que el estudio tenga una perspectiva amplia y profunda de los participantes seleccionados. Por medio de los instrumentos de investigación como el cuestionario y la entrevista en profundidad, se recopilaron datos informativos en respuesta a los objetivos de la planteados. De igual manera la indagación de la bibliografía, fuentes primarias, segundarias y terciarias se encontró información importante para el estudio. Mediante la identificación las funciones administrativas y la determinación de los mecanismos de control interno en la Oficina de Secretaría, se evaluó su cumplimiento en tiempo normal (antes de la pandemia) y en tiempo de la pandemia del virus SARS-COV-2 (Covid-19). Se dio a conocer aspectos como: la información o conocimiento que manejan los participantes, algunas diferencias y similitudes de las funciones secretariales en dichosos periodos. Además, se formulan varias recomendaciones basadas en actividades con la finalidad de mejorar las funciones administrativas secretariales, como lo son en el área de manejo de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC), conocimiento de leyes, normativas y lineamientos, digitalización documental, la oficina, el teletrabajo

The purpose of this research work is to analyze the internal control mechanisms in the administrative functions of the Secretary's Office of the Liceo Ambientalista de Horquetas, in times of pandemic caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus, period 2019-2021.
