Abstract

La presente práctica tiene como objetivo general elaborar un programa de gestión, atracción y administración de recursos técnicos y financieros para la organización Pretoma, además cuenta con cuatro objetivos específicos siendo el primero de ellos, analizar los documentos existentes, así como los proyectos que se han ejecutado en la organización Pretoma, el cual se considera de mucha importancia pues le permite a la investigación tener un precedente, El segundo, se trata de elaborar una base de datos en la cual se estipulen posibles cooperantes internacionales que permitan generar proyectos para la organización Pretoma, el tercero, crear un Bochure con la misión y visión, así como los beneficiarios que esta ONG brinda en materia ambiental, con el objeto de que el mismo pueda servir de instrumento de promoción para facilitárselo a posibles cooperantes internacionales. Por último el cuarto de los objetivos consiste en diseñar y construir, a partir de los objetivos anteriores el programa de gestión, atracción y administración de recursos técnicos y financieros para la organización Pretoma. Además contará con un apartado teórico, la unidad de análisis, la cual será la cooperación internacional en la modalidad técnica, además con fuentes tanto de tipo primario como secundario, para darle veracidad se utilizará la técnica de la entrevista a tres funcionarios de la organización...
